Neil began practising Yoga in 2004 with the simple goal of increasing his hamstring flexibility, but eventually decided to deepen his approach. He studied his RYT500 in Rishikesh, India, where he learned the traditional style of Himalayan Hatha Yoga by Swami Rama, and has been a Yoga teacher since 2013.
Over the years he also qualified as a personal trainer, Pilates teacher and massage therapist to deepen his understanding of the human body and strengthen his Yoga practise and teaching.
He has a passion for teaching Yoga, and coaching people in meditation, mindfulness, anger management and minimalism.
With two decades experience in the Fitness Industry, Tharene has helped clients from all walks of life achieve their goals. She runs Artemis Pole Academy and is a figure for women's empowerment in Port Elizabeth.
Her experience as a personal trainer, combined with a black belt in Kickboxing and five years in Brazilian Jujitsu, has given her a no-nonsense approach to training and self development.
